Celebrating IWD 2022.

I was delighted to attend a special breakfast co-hosted by Lexis Nexis to honour International Women's Day 2022, celebrating women across the UAE.

This year’s theme, #BreakTheBias is focused on breaking down the barriers still in place today in our communities, workplaces and educational institutions. I was delighted to host a table of leading women discussing our experiences with bias in the workplace and what definitive steps we will take as active stakeholders in breaking down barriers to change. Our pledge to #BreakTheBias in 2022 was simple:

We will stand for awareness and impact.
